Grace Pophal, 31, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio passed away on July 7, 2024 after a long battle with cancer. Grace left behind: Richard Desmond her devoted fiancé and care partner for the entirety of her illness, her parents Michael and Patricia Pophal (nee Harmon) (Westlake), sisters Erin (Cleveland) and Julia (Denver), grandparents Barbara and Charles (deceased) Pophal and Judith and Richard Harmon and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Grace was a Westlake High School and Ohio State University graduate, and a beautiful person who spread joy and happiness wherever she went. She was surrounded by loved ones when she passed. As per Grace's request, no wake will be held and services will be private for the family.
