"Siempre vivo en tu corazon" Hello, my name is Alex. I made this page for my oldest brother Carlos who passed away in a car accident. He was an amazing person, a talented artist, and a loving son. I am trying to help my mom pay for the rest of his memorial expenses, his gravesite, headstone, and building materials for a small house he started to build in Mexico. It was his dream to rebuild his life and have a place to stay after he was paroled. And that's exactly what he set out to do. But fate had other plans for him. In his memory, we'd like to honor him by continuing the construction of the house he started, and by giving him a proper burial plot. Currently, he's sharing a plot with his grandparents because there simply wasn't enough money to cover such an unexpected tragedy. When he was released in Mexico earlier this year, he began preparing the soil for a new foundation. But it was never finished because he died the morning of March 18th, in a car crash, on his way to the market. My mom said goodbye to him that morning for the last time. She had flown there to be with him and to welcome him back after 26 years in prison, but she had to bury him there instead and didn't have the money for it at the time. Carlos, Mom, and Mouse. My mom has been through so much in her life as a single parent of 7. She has given so much to so many and never asks for anything in return. While her other son is also in prison she raised his 3 kids by herself, and now, we are trying to give her some sort of peace of mind and happiness. To show her that we love her and that we are here for her. My brother Carlos's life was not an easy one. But I believe That character is built through adversity.
