On July 26, 2024, my sister's family was unexpectedly torn apart. Her beloved husband, Howard (Howie), and father to their 3-year-old daughter, Samantha (Sam), was overcome by an undetected massive blood clot in his heart /lungs at Holy Family ICU. He fought like hell to stay with Jodi and Sam - it look 4 Code Blue's to be called before his body finally gave in. He passed away at 43 years old with Jodi, his mother and brothers by his side. Howie loved nothing more than taking care of his family and friends and we are asking for your support to help Jodi and Sam as they learn to transition to a life without Howie in it. As this was unexpected, this LFEBridge will be used to cover the medical bills, end-of-life and other unknown costs that will need attention in the coming weeks and months.
