Hello animal lovers! This is Leah & Steve & our soon-to-be 8 yr. old black lab Houston (a.k.a. Boop-Boop). He recently lost his vision due to becoming insulin dependent. Needless to say, we are heartbroken. I adopted him at 8 wks. old through a great program called Pets without Partners. We please need help to pay for his cataract surgery. Steve recently took him to Ashland where he was evaluated and he IS a candidate! He still gets walked on the beach daily but can no longer see the world that he brings such joy into today and for years to come.
