I lowered the goal to better reflect current uses for the funds. I would like to bury my dad‘s part of his cremains and have a nice little graveside service that would run right around $1100-$1200. That moment when you know it’s the end, but you are completely broken all the same. Watching him come back from a code and having a brief moment with him was such a blessing for us. If you don’t know our dad, let us tell you a little bit about him. Our dad was a gentle and generous man. He was a father, a paw-paw, and our friend. He was someone who loved his children and all their friends as his own. Sadly, his life ended from complications after a fall. This is after all his hard work to go through a successful round of radiation therapy for lung cancer. Due to the sudden nature of this event, there has been little time to prepare or even process his death. As we sort through his affairs, it is looks like there’s no will, which leaves us to sort everything out from his estate, his end of life care, debts, and medical expenses. It’s overwhelming to say the least. Any funds will be used to cover medical bills as they come in, end of life care, and other expenses to ease the burden for his children, Brian, Lesley, and Erin. If that wasn’t enough, his daughters have also lost their mother just days after the loss of their dad to metastatic colon cancer. So that bit that wasn’t broken to work out the needs-broke a bit more. ❤️ thoughts, prayers, and shares are always welcome❤️ Donations much appreciated
