Not only was Shirley Vital my grandmother and grandmother to many, she was also a devoted and loving wife, mother, foster mother, sister, and daughter. Her warmth and caring nature will be carried on by those who knew and loved her. She will be missed by so many. We are raising money for funeral arrangements.
