Dear friends and animal lovers, We need your help in supporting Wesley, an adorable and spirited Mini Goldendoodle who was rescued from a breeder because he is facing a challenging health condition. Wesley has been diagnosed with canine idiopathic megaesophagus, a condition that affects his ability to swallow and digest food normally. This means he requires constant hand-feeding, making mealtimes a struggle for him and his loving family. We have found hope in a surgical procedure offered by the University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center. This procedure aims to correct Wesley's megaesophagus, allowing him to eat food independently and enjoy a healthier and more fulfilling life. However, the cost of the surgery is estimated at $4,000, which is a considerable financial burden for Wesley's rescue organization, New Beginnings Dog Rescue, in Overland Park, Kansas. New Beginnings goes above and beyond to help rescues in need, but in this case, they need a little help! This is where we come in!
