Meet Blue. Blue is a 3 year old bulldog mix, full of personality, with a long life a head of him. Blue found himself in foster care early in his life, but very quickly earned his title as a “Foster-fail,” when his foster parents Juliana and Alex fell in love with his sweet personality. On Sunday July 9th Blue swallowed a sock. He was rushed to Cavan Veterinary Services where his battle began. He has undergone his first surgery, where the vets removed the sock, as well as 31cm of his small intestine. He is not out of the woods yet, and there is a possibility of Blue needing another surgery. His owners have spent approximately $8000 at this point, with more to go. Blue is still fighting but his parents are running out of the funds to continue supporting his care. On behalf of Juliana and Alex, we are asking our community for support.
