Hello, My father died from ALS yesterday. If you can help us with our expenses and the debt that this terrible disease left us in, we would be forever grateful. Thomas Aquinas Cook Jr. passed away this evening surrounded by his loved ones, his loving wife Sally, his two children Tommy and Hannah, and his son-in-law John. Tom was born on February 28th, 1955 in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his sisters and brothers, Maureen, Sarah, Kathy, and Jim. His greatest accomplishments in life were his family, sobriety, and career in law. Tom was known to be a jokester and would want us all to remember him for the times he made us laugh. May he rest in peace.
