I’m extremely upset to report Simon was mauled by a dog. He is beloved by the whole neighborhood and more! Simon loves waiting outside and greeting everyone that passes, he’s sweet and gentle with everyone and patient with young kids! But unfortunately today July 1st Simon was sitting in a bush by the park and a dog went up to smell, the owner didn’t know anything was in the bush and unfortunately the two animals attacked each other. Thank you to all the neighbors and police department for stepping up to help him as I wasn’t home. The police rushed him to the emergency vet where he is now being stabilized, he lost a lot of blood but he’s a fighter! Please pray for him, share and donate to his vet bills if you can. I also don’t want any hate towards the owner of the dog, as I personally know him and his dogs, they’re all very nice and he definitely didn’t mean for his dog to do that, it was an accident, they happen! Myself, family, neighbors and more are all worried about him.
