Ryan has been taking German for two years and really loves speaking the language. He now has the opportunity to go to Germany to be a foreign exchange student! This would be an amazing opportunity for Ryan to travel to a new country and see what life is like as a teenager in Germany. Not to mention the fact that this experience would look GREAT on his college applications! We would love to send him but, we can't do it without your help. He needs to raise $2,500 to cover his round-trip airplane ticket. All money that is raised above that amount will be used for other expenses like food, calling cards to call home, and other related costs. A $300 deposit is due by December 1st, and the remaining due by March 14. Ryan will leave for Germany on May 31, 2016 and return June 22, 2016. Ryan will be staying with a German family in the small town of Altotting for 2 weeks and the rest of the time he will have the opportunity to travel to Munich and maybe even Berlin.Ryan doens't want to accept donations without doing something for you in return. He would like to take photos in Germany and have the picture of your choice sent to you. If you have any other ideas on how Ryan could do something for you, just let us know.
