My dad, Jack, passed away July 15, 12:30 AM at the hospital from a heart attack. My dad had a normal day, Thursday, when it happened. He went to work, came home, ate dinner, and shortly afterwards had a heart attack at the age of 68. My mom and brother did CPR while the ambulance was on their way. He was rushed to the hospital and they did all they could to save him, but it was too late. He had gone without oxygen to his brain and his heart just was not wanting to work again.  If anyone knew my dad, he was a hard worker, a kind hearted Christian, and a man who would help out anyone, even if he didn’t have the means to do so. He was known as the “jack of all trades” and yes, he was also a master of them too. Everything you could possibly think of my dad could fix.  He worked mostly outside and as he got older (and more hot) it was really difficult for him. He didn’t have the luxury of retirement like most seniors get. My family depended on him for everything, if something was broken, Jack was the one to fix it. He touched so many people lives and the world lost an incredible human being.  My family is need of assistance to help pay for his arrangements such has cremation, death certificates, etc. Death is never something that is convenient, but my dad was the literal glue holding my family together, and were all scared. If anyone has the means to donate, I would appreciate it. My brother and I are doing what we can to help but we are not our father. Please share and donate if you can, our family would appreciate it. Thank you. Here are some of my favorite pictures of him. This was at work when he was working for a Christian talk show set. A worm had craved out a cross in the wood. My dad was close to God and saw the beauty in this. I remember him talking about this so much. This was a couple years ago when my niece Jackie was born. You could see the joy in his eyes here. This was when my dad and mom were together before my brother and I were born. My dad always had a mustache and it always scratched you when you hugged him. I love that you can tell my dad was happy to with my mom.
