Hi everyone! You all know Natalie but you may not know about her passion for flag football. What began as a session in phys. ed in grade 7 has led to being chosen to represent Ontario in the U16 age group. She signed up for a co-Ed house league team last spring. Here she was introduced to Coach Kevin from Dawksports and the world of tournaments in flag. She has played in numerous tournaments, most of them victorious. She loved these days and knew she wanted to get better. This led her to take part in many combines and camps to help get her where she is now. She was invited to be in the promo video for Football Ontario by Coach Lu Cruz. This is also where she learned about Nationals. And then this was THE GOAL! She has put in the time and work and it has paid off. Woman’s Flag Football is growing but unfortunately does not have provincial funding as yet. If you are able any donation is welcome.
