Hi, I'm Mira, I'm finally going to nursing school! Well, BACK to nursing school. Being a nurse has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I started nursing school 10 years ago when my daughter was a little baby. Everything fell apart halfway through with childcare and I had to withdraw. Now that she's a preteen and in school during the day herself, it's the perfect time for me to finally finish what I started. Tuition is covered by federal loans, but the other costs such as books, supplies, and uniforms are not. I tried to make the money by selling things I own but that didn't really pan out. Also with the school schedule, and mom schedule as the sole parent, it's impossible for me to work full time while in school. $2,000 will go towards supplies. The other $3,000 will go towards car related stuff (insurance, gas) and small monthly bills ahead of time so I have a few less things to pay for since I'll be working part time. With the state of healthcare in this country, we need more new nurses bc people are burnt out. Plus I hope my daughter will see and know that she can achieve anything no matter how long it takes. I hope to be able to finally achieve my dream and care for others for a living. Thank you for helping me
