Hi All, My name is Filip and I am an Explorer Scout in Berkshire. I wanted to share with you my decision to embark on a trip to Malawi as part of Project Africa. Project Africa is a Berkshire Scouts international community project and global awareness program. Put simply: young people supporting young people! Whilst there, I will be refurbishing old buildings, painting some murals for schools, and even building a community centre! We will be working alongside the British charity "Joshua" which is based in Malawi. Please see the website below for details about the work done in Malawi by "Joshua". https://www.joshuainmalawi.org.uk/ This trip has a significant cost of £3,750 and I'm trying to raise some money using LFEBridge as well as taking part in multiple activities like food stalls at Scouts events, gardening tasks for friends and family, and helping at events like performances.
