Hi, my name is Vinayagan Odegard. My father Victor has tragically passed away on July 19, 2024. He was born on February 6th, 1955 in Seattle, Washington. He was a superhero of a father and loving husband. He always put everyone else first before himself, he was super worldly and passionate about helping others in need especially in other countries where there are limited resources. He was one of the funniest guys you could ever meet, no matter how down or out you felt, he would always find a way to put a smile on your face. He embodied the phrase, “laugh now, cry later”. He loved spending time with his loved ones and would always look to have a great time wherever he found himself in life. He was my superhero, my idol, my inspiration and my greatest supporter, who would fill me with so much positivity, diversity and taught me how to become the best person I could be for myself and other people. He knew how to make others feel so special and there was never a dull moment with him. The funds raised will be used towards his cremation and a final service for my mother and I to see my father one last time. Anything helps even the smallest contribution, we appreciate everything especially during these times.
