Hi my name is Rita and I’m fundraising for my sister Nora’s dog Zeus. Zeus is not only a dog but like in many families he is a part of the family. Zeus has been diagnosed with a sudden onset of IVDD or Intervertebral Disc Disease. Zeus was treated at Pleasant Plains animal hospital and given a steroid to see if he reacts which can take 72hrs. As of right now he has not changed. The next option which is the more extensive option will be surgery to fix his herniated disc to allow him to pick himself up and walk again. Like we all know it’s costly and although my sister has pet insurance they are only giving $2,000 of the $12,000 needed for the surgery. I’ve never created one of these before but I believe Zeus can get through this and we can save him from being put down. To say my sister and her family are devastated is an understatement. No donation is too small if we all can afford to give a few dollars it would mean the world to me and my sister. Nora has helped and is ALWAYS willing to help everyone even on days she is not feeling well. My sister has had enough of the black clouds and I ask everyone to please donate to help bring back the sunshine in her life.
