Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, My name is Giovanna Basurto, and I am trying to raise money so that I can have the amazing opportunity to go to Israel this year and attend seminary in order to learn and grow in my Judaism, engage in amazing volunteer opportunities, and ultimately connect to Hashem and experience a year in Israel. This experience at Meorot Yerushalayim Seminary will be very beneficial for me and I will be with girls that have the same goal as me, to achieve personal growth. I will do anything to spend a year in Israel, but with the circumstances that my family and I have been given, it has been very difficult to be able to afford a year in Israel. I’ve been applying to scholarships, working, and doing anything I can possibly do to attend a year in seminary in Israel. Please help me reach my goal!
