Howdy my cheeky beans, Alfie ere, ya favourite knee shaking megaphone waver! We've always stayed away from the "business" / financial side of the music industry and running a band; Focusing on providing affordable extravagant nights out and musical adventures for everyone, purely profiting on good times and memories. However we have found ourselves at a cross road where we need extra support and funding to carry on doing what we love. We've been sitting on half a dozen songs longing to be recorded, n' plans to release a minimum of 3 songs at the start of next year, as well as shows in Spain with our sister band 'The Deniros' and some shows across the UK. On a good day, Flights to Malaga for a band of 5 costs £300 and an hour of recording time costs £40. We need at least two 8 hour days to get everything recorded and although small profits are made from shows, it's not enough to fund these projects and keep the band running. As an independent band and personally an independent artist/ musician, the cost of living has really effected us greatly. Although times have been really tricky and persistence has sometimes been a challenge to remember, we've carried on grinding our whip, putting every penny I earn into the band that has been paying me with the reward of knowing I've entertained people. But puddinz! I know what ya thinkin'... "ooooOoOooweee! Boiz just wanna make a quick buck n I get nothing outta this! I'd be wasting' meh money like granny down at da bingo!" Well well Well...
