For as long as I can remember I've always wanted to be a published and recognized author. Recently, I was awarded the ability to have the experience of a lifetime at an international art residency in France. With this accomplishment comes troubles though. Coming from an unstable upbringing in poverty, I lack the usual support network of family that typically helps with funding for something like this. Typically I am not one to ask for help but with a recent influx of new friends, fans, and altruists, I've gained the courage to be vulnerable and fundraise for something I've wanted for my entire life. All funds given will be used in support of the upcoming residency- gathering the necessary documents and materials for international travel, funds for the physical traveling (very long flights, trains, other transportation), supplies for the trip, and ay necessary neurodivergence accomodations. Any extra funds not used immediately for the trip will go toward growing my platform in the hopes of one day returning the support and opportunity I've received. Shares, spreading, and any non-financial support is extremely valued as well-- spreading the word to others who can help can make a world of difference.
