“While just days away from our wedding day, our sweet baby lab puppy, Gus was struck by a car and critically injured. We were referred to the Twin Cities to have any chance of his extensive surgery performed. We would do anything to keep him in our world at just 1.5 years old. The surgery was successful after a week of unknowns. Gus came home and had a long road to recovery. We worked so hard with Gus and gave him so much encouragement to heal. Our hopeful hearts were soon broken as Gus suffered an unexpected blood clot while recovering at home. This has been the biggest emotional roller coaster we have ever experienced. Nothing hurts more than losing the first thing we raised together. Paying for a large wedding was something we always knew we would take on, however, doubling the amount with emergency veterinary and surgical bills without having Gus here with us, is a difficult feat. We expect nothing, but deeply appreciate anything more than you could imagine. Any donation big or small is huge to us as we start this next chapter as husband and wife. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts." Taylor & Trenton
