Hi, my name is Sierra. My bestfriend, Amber, recently lost her mother. On Wednesday, July 12, 2024, after a rough battle with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer, Cathy gained her wings. What matters most is that she is no longer suffering, no more pain. She is survived by her three children, Danny, Charlie & Amber, and her three grandsons, Charlie, Mason & Steele, whom she loved with all of her heart. Cathy did not have life insurance, so I have created this fundraiser to help Amber & her brothers put their mother to rest. Cathy wished to be cremated & a small memorial will be held at the end of July in NY. They are also planning a small memorial in Louisiana later this year. Any funds after the cost of her final wishes will be split between her three children. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating as Cathy was a big financial factor, especially in her daughter Amber & grandson Steele’s life.
