Before Billy was Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, he was a loving son to his mother Berdie and father Billy. He put his family before anything, and he worked harder than anyone to make sure he could take care of them all. He traveled the world, trained with world-class Jiu-Jitsu players, and even started his own Jiu-Jitsu school with his brother Brendon under Felipe Costa, in Page, Arizona where he was born. He was an SRP control room operator, kind of like Homer Simpson (he would say) and all of his coworkers are deeply saddened by this news. He had season tickets to Diamondbacks, always went to Boxing matches, Suns games, Cardinals games, even soccer, and he always bought extra seats for his family. He was a sports-lover, video-game player, music lover, car lover, history lover, finance fanatic, grill-master, guitar player, Jiu-Jitsu player, adventurer, protector, and a warrior, but above all of that he was a man who loved his family. If you asked him for a mile, he would go two. He shared most of his days with his brothers, mothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, dads, and friends. He was everyone’s favorite. He will be greatly missed.
