Sadly on Saturday 1st July 2024 in the early hours of the morning our beloved mother passed away. Myself and my family are grieving the loss of an amazing person. She was a Mother, Nan, Sister, Aunt, Partner and friend to so many love ones around her. To all she showed stubbornness and true fighting spirit yet she has been sadly taken away from us. Back in May 2024 Mum was rushed into hospital for medical treatment. This then came apparent shortly after that Sadly her breast cancer had returned again after 9 years of remission. Whilst Bournemouth and Poole Hospital have been amazing, looking after mum when she’s been in the worst pain possible. During her care at the hospital staff kept her rested and comfortable as possible but sadly Cancer won the fight and took our believed mother away from us. Breast Cancer which was already at stage 4 which unfortunately had spread through her body this got the better of her in the end. We don't want this disease to overcome us. We want to send mum off with the best funeral she possible can. This will also be our chance to say one last goodbye and celebrate the life she lived. I’ve set this go fund me page to help with funeral cost as they are so high and this was very much so unexpected. Any money raised will go towards the funeral and then anything spare will be donated to local charities that are close to our hearts and Mothers wishes. The charities are Sue Ryder and Cancer Research UK. Lets fight this horrible disease and give Sheila the best send off possible. We will lay you to rest so you can be closer to those you love in heaven and you will never be forgotten. RIP MUM ️
