Earl Lavere Cline II was tragically taken from us, while completing a bucket list motorcycle trip with his son’s and friends on The Beartooth Highway in Montana, July 8, 2024. Earl had his son Christopher who has physical and cognitive disabilities on the back of his motorcycle when he went down. Christopher was my Dad's favorite riding buddy, and my Dad was Christopher's best friend. Christopher received non life threatening injury’s that include two broken wrists, a severe concussion, and a fracture in his T5 vertebrae. He was flown by life flight to Billings, Montana, for treatment where he spent three days. We flew him home from Billings to Salt Lake City, Sunday. Christopher will need surgery on both of his wrists and will have a long recovery where he can't use his hands to care for himself. Earl passed almost instantly and thankfully did not suffer. Earl did not have life insurance, and his income was generated through investments. As a family, we are trying to understand the logistics of his property. With these donations, we are trying to help relieve the financial burden of medical and funeral expenses, for his wife Janet and son Christopher. Earl leaves behind not only Christopher and his wife Janet but 6 other adult children. We are in shock at the suddenness of his loss and are grateful for any support. Thank you so much for your kindness, as our family learns to walk through life without our dad.
