HI! My name is Davy Keith. I'm a non-paid volunteer with South Jones Volunteer Fire Department. I am asking for your help with our 3rd Annual Car Show Fundraiser that is taking place on September 30, 2024. Would you please consider sponsoring us with a donation? We operate on a shoestring budget with the county and the funds we receive don't meet all of our equipment and maintenance needs. No volunteer is paid or receives any funding. All funds raised are used for equipment, training and maintenance. Currently, our Brush truck that is used to fight brush fires is almost 30 years old and needs to be replaced. Our Rescue vehicle needs new front tires. We have many other needs including the replacement cost of pagers and a shortage of handheld radios for our firefighters. All equipment is very costly and while the county does provide some funding, it does not meet the needs we have to serve our district. Any amount is greatly appreciated and is 100% tax-deductible to you. Sponsors will be featured on a banner at the car show and will be announced as supporters throughout the car show.
