hi! i’m jordan tomasello and i’m raising funds for my next student film, “still life.” “still life” follows maya, a depressed 19 year old set on doing everything she’s ever wanted to do before ending her own life. on a road trip to the grand canyon, she meets cassie, a middle aged hitchhiker on the run from her abusive husband. both fiery, impulsive, and desperate for relief, maya finds a bit of herself— or who she could be— in cassie’s deep, spiteful strength. “still life” is an independent, student-created film. in order to pay for lunch, craft services, necessary locations, and other production costs, we are asking our community to help by donating funds. any excess funds will be redistributed to the lead cast and crew equally. we are so grateful for all community support. all donors will recieve a credit in the finished film as their name is stated in this fundraiser. for more information and to follow alongside the production, feel free to reach out to me via the contact form provided or on instagram at @jorbstar8 COST BREAKDOWN (estimate) $150 for lunch for ~10 cast/crew members during 3 days of production $75 for craft services for 3 days of production $75 for cost of securing motel location $100 for music costs $100 for gas costs of driving to remote location
