On 7/14/23, my 26-year-old son, Alex J. Rivera, left this world in an act of suicide. There was no evidence of any warning signs that could have circumvented this tragic event. He was deeply loved by both family and friends. Since the age of fourteen, he worked weekends with me at local rock concert venues in the Southern California area as a dressing room manager for major national acts. The bands, artists and crew members he took care of at these shows were always greatly impressed with his hard work ethic and good natured personality. The crew guys on the team he worked with week in & week out treated him like a kid brother. His passing has deeply affected all those who knew him and we are all greatly saddened by his death. This fund-raiser page has been created to assist with crematory and funeral expenses.
