Jesus is the light Ministry is taking care of over 200 vulnerable children in Butambala District of Uganda. 60% of the children are orphans whose parents saccumed to Hiv/Aids and other natural diseases whereas the 40% from poverty stricken families. The orphanage is undergoing a financial crisis to meet the basic needs of our children ranging from food, medical, scholastic, clean water and other bills.We're raising $2500 to cover the monthly operational expenses but will later raise the amount to be able to purchase our own land where we can grow our own food so that we can become self sufficient rather than constantly depending on donations. Without those basic needs, it will affects the health and growth of the children and perhaps puts the orphanage in danger of closer.
