Thanks to everyone who has donated!!! Hi, I am on a journey to move from Minnesota to California to start grad school in a PhD program this fall at the University of California, Merced. I am currently giving away 90% of my belongings and planning to ship my car to California. Money from this fundraiser will be used to offset the cost of shipping my car and buying new belongings once I settle in. Out of all my siblings I am the only one to have graduated from college. I embrace my strengths and weaknesses and live with the conviction that all things are possible through God. What is one leadership action you can take to strengthen the black community? I would make STEM accessible to youth in underserved communities. Learning to love reading is part of what got me this far and is a crucial first step to excelling in STEM. African American youth deserve to learn from servant leaders who look like them. I am resolute in becoming that beacon of hope!
