My younger brother Vince (Quicho) Carlin passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2024 due to unknown circumstances pending autopsy results. He had just turned 61 in March and was Indigent. We have scheduled his burial services on July 7th promptly at 9am at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetary. He struggled most of his civilian life and as hard as he tried could not hold down a job and ended up drinking to drown in his sorrows and depression.
