In Memory of my brother Westley Whittington. If you knew my brother, Westley, you would know that he was physically a big guy. But to the outside world and what many people didn’t know was that his 6’3 frame also carried within it a sensitive man with big heart who adored his four children and could not witness any suffering in the world without feeling it himself. Being so young at 40 and never expecting life to end so quickly he left his young family, his four children ages 12-6, unprepared to face what’s ahead for them and their future. While pride keeps many of us from asking for what we need when we need it most…. We have come to realize that pride also keeps us from seeking love and understanding and forgiveness and unity when we are struggling. So today, we are stepping aside our pride and truthfully answering your question, “What can I do to help?” This is it. Money is energy and West’s family needs all the positive energy we can send them at this moment. Your generosity will help them settle into their new life, their different life and we can help to make that just a bit easier so that their mom doesn’t have to work so overtime as a Registered Nurse just to make the ends meet. She needs to grieve. Anything helps, including sending your love. We truly appreciate you! With love, John & Nicole Reilly & Girls Colleen Reilly & Boys
