Two weeks ago, I found a stray pitty and brought her to animal control, which is currently at capacity (check out this news report on NPR: https://www.npr.org/2024/07/05/1185979652/pandemic-and-no-kill-policy-worsen-overcrowding-at-animal-shelters). My partner and I are lucky to get to foster her with the support of the MCP Animal Rescue (https://www.mcprescue.org/mission). Today, Tulip is safe but her path is not so easy, she needs extensive and expensive surgeries. I am fundraising and contributing my own funds to ensure her medical needs are covered. Specifically, Tulip needs a double TECA (total ear canal ablation) she has terrible and painful ear infections along with mammary tumors. The surgeries will cost up to $10,000. You can help this sweet girl by donating to MCP Recuse, at https://www.mcprescue.org/donate. They take on some of the most challenging cases to give animals a life of care and dignity. HELP TULIP TODAY with a donation!
