This may be a long shot, but….my neighbor has a standard size male Chihuahua that has survived being hit or being dropped. He has full use of his front legs but nothing from mid back down. They try their best, but have a fixed income. So, my question is does anyone know of a foundation or charity that could make this baby something so be could get around easier or diapers for him? They have no idea I’m asking and this is in no way neglect or meant to make a spectacle…I just feel bad for him. All donations will be used for a wheelchair, diapers, and wipes for his lifetime of care!
