Hi everyone, my name is Lexi Bilzing and I have set up this LFEBridge to raise funds for funeral and memorial cost to honor my beloved cousin, Derek Hughes. Derek died on Saturday July 29, 2024 at the age of 25 years old. Derek’s pride, joy and center of his world was daughter, Cali. He attended Warrenton High School and graduated in 2016. Derek could fix just about anything. He liked to work on anything with a motor. He enjoyed going fishing with his friends and spending time with his buddy, Dillon. Derek was a wonderful father, son, brother and grandson and his absence will be felt by his family and friends. Our family will celebrate Derek’s life with a visitation on Wednesday August 2, 2024 from 4:00-8:00pm at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. There will be a celebration service on Thursday August 3, 2024 at 10:00am at the funeral home. A committal service will follow at the Warrenton City Cemetery.
