Hi there my name is Hosanna Johnson just about to enter my 3rd year at Rose Bruford South West and I'm putting on my first ever play!! I wrote Dandelions and Poppy and I will be in with Alice Walker. I'm not from the wealthiest of backgrounds and I'm also a student so in other words, I'm pretty poor and money often makes theatre work easier. This is my first go at putting on my own work so it's a little scary and a bit of money would make it everything run smoother. The money raised would go towards paying my actors, myself and a director for a weeks rehearsal and the show on August 3rd. It will give us a fair wage that is worthy of our time work. As well as money for and small pieces of set and expenses that go into the venue and the show as a whole. On August 4th the day after the play I will do a sponsored cycle from Streatham to the Isle of Dogs as play is about a lesbian dog :) and back. That would be 26 miles in total. Anything you can offer would be stunning! If not buy a ticket to the show on August 3rd and I can thank you in person for the support and you get to see a cool show out of it!
