Hi, my name is Jesse. I'm fundraising for my mother who passed away 7/14/23. Her name is Brigida Gonzalez, She was born Oct. 8th of 1962. She was 61 at the time of her passing. She had a long history of fighting diabetes. She would have to regularly see doctors so she could do her best to stay by our side since I was a child. When I was in High School I was told she would pass away from different doctors due to the many conditions she had at the time. She would combat pneumonia multiple times, the loss of her leg, covid-19, and numerous other things. She had seemingly never let anyone tell her she couldn't make it and pushed through the other side okay. Even when she did lose her leg it wouldn't stop her from trying her best to be an independent woman who would somehow still provide for her family regardless of being disabled. She made sure we always had a hot meal to come home to after work and would do her best to show us how much she loved us by calling to see if we were okay. She was a big contributor to our finances and were not sure how we are going to be able to afford this. I'm typing this out at work not even 6 hours after she passed and it's imperative that we somehow find the funds to cremate her and also have some sort of financial stability until my brother and I can find a second job so we can cover the rent we owe and influx of unexpected expenses we will have in the foreseeable future. If you've made it this far I thank you for your time and attention regarding the matter at hand and kindly ask that if you can offer help it would be greatly appreciated but if not thank you for taking the time to read this. I love you mom. May you rest in peace.
