In partnership with the award-winning Canadian production company Infinity Entertainment Group Ltd., author SARA MARTIN is raising funds to produce a pilot episode of an animated series based on her online serial Conversations with Nell. The goal of £12,000 or USD$ 15,000 will be used to pay for the hard costs that come with creating a pilot episode: illustrations, matte painting, animators, sound studios, composer, musicians, and editor. This pilot will, in turn, be presented to family-friendly networks and digital platforms around the world, with an eye to licensing the series in their territory. Illustrator and animator DEREK MOORHOUSE (Spiderman: Across the Spider-verse), whose English childhood inspired his love for the whimsical, watercolour works of the likes of A.A.
