This month my sweet ginger kid would be turning 30 years old. I wanted to find a way to remember and honor him on this occasion. He died almost 10 years ago from metastatic melanoma. He was only 20 years old. Connor was gay. During his short life he became known for being the person others went to for advice on coming out. He supported people who lived in unsupported environments. He promoted inclusivity and acceptance. I can think of no better way of honoring him than by supporting Human Rights Campaign.
