Chris Eric Novy aka “The Legend”, age 51, of Crown Point, formerly of Frankfort, IL, passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2024. He was born on February 2, 1972, in Evergreen Park, IL to James T. and Diana E. (nee Prosken) Novy. Chris was a fond member of many bag communities and families. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother- Jeffrey Novy. Chris is survived by his loving brothers- James (Patricia), Wayne, and Scott (Lisa) Novy; sister- Dawn (Ken) Czeszewski; a fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
