Hello, my name is Chris, I am a quadriplegic (have been since birth) athlete focusing on 5k and 10ks, half and full marathons and both Ironman and Spartan events. I love to participate in events like this both for the satisfaction of the competition as well as my goal to demonstrate to others who are handicapped (and those who are not) that they too are capable of participating in events such as this. It is my personal goal to raise awareness to the public by running a marathon in every State. Currently, I have competed in Texas, Louisiana, Washington D.C., Nevada and Mississippi. Additionally, I have traveled internationally to Mexico for an Ironman event (as well as in Florida and Texas). Additionally, I have completed three Spartan events, two in Florida and one in Pennsylvania. Currently, I am raising money to help fund travel, entry fees and accommodations as I work to travel to every state to compete, if you would please consider a donation to help me meet this personal goal and draw awareness to inclusion for all.
