The Cherry Hill (Atlantic and American) Little League Seniors team comprised solely of players from Cherry Hill East and Cherry Hill West just won states and is advancing to Regionals in Bangor, Maine starting on July 19th. They have yet to lose a game in Districts, Sections and States. If the boys succeed in their mission of winning Regionals they will move on to the World Series in Easley, South Carolina. As you can imagine, there comes a large expense to get these 16 boys to this amazing experience in Maine and hopefully South Carolina. Between travel to and from Maine, lodging and meals the cost will grow very quickly. We are asking for help from the community from individuals and local businesses alike to help these boys live out a dream they have been working for since they were 4/5 years old. Every kid watches the Little League World Series on TV imagining one day they can be there, and these 16 now have their chance. Anything that you can provide to help get them there will be a huge benefit and greatly appreciated. All funds raised will be distributed by the team's management to the families to help defray the travel, lodging and meal costs. If we are so fortunate as to get more support than needed, all extra funds will be donated to Camp No Worries in Moorestown. Camp No Worries is a summer camp created solely to give children with cancer and their siblings an opportunity to relax, enjoy themselves and forget about their troubles for one week every summer. https://www.campnoworries.org/ Thank you again for the help.
