Hi, my name is Rebecca and our family has a wonderful, sweet Labrador Retriever named RALPHIE. He is almost 3 years old. Ralphie is our first dog we raised from a puppy. He is a member of our family and means the world to us. Ralphie is usually spazzing out in the backyard and pulling around sticks and entire tree branches…. He is usually stealing marleys phone just so she notices….he is hopping up on the couch on top of any of the girls laps and On top of their laptops…. He is super excited to see any person coming his way and will parade around the room getting as many toys in his mouth at once to present to you. His personality is so happy and loveable.Ralphie started showing signs of something being wrong very recently. His initial blood tests and pathology tests at the vet were inconclusive. Ralphie declined rapidly in the last 48 hours and our vet called Metropolitan Hospital to get him in as an emergency. I’m very thankful for our vet at Highland Animal Hospital. We brought Ralphie down to Norristown to Metropolitan just last night and he stayed there. Today he is in the surgery department and getting a CT scan of his head and neck to figure out what is wrong. He will most likely have one of two surgeries/ procedures after the CT scan. Ralphie could have one of a few things wrong. This all could be caused by a foreign object, and he will need surgery to remove it or something could be wrong with his salivary glands or this could end up being lymphoma. We do not know just yet. His bills however are adding up quickly and already over $5,000 He is being well cared for and we are very thankful for the good care Ralphie is receiving at Metropolitan Vet. It is humbling to ask the public for donations, but I love my dog so much and I am humbling myself to ask for others generosity and kindness in our time of need. I know there are people who love their animals the same way we do. I am hoping this LFEBridge account is shared by everyone who reads it. Please Share this page even if you cannot donate. I appreciate your willingness to share this page for our Ralphie! I will post updates as I hear from his Dr today and going forward with whatever care he needs. Thank you for taking the time to read about our Ralphie Cash app. $RebeccaEEdwards
