Hi my name is Gentry Robinson, I am fundraising for my son Jaxon Robinson who is a Senior in High School and is almost 17 years old. Jaxon had a dream, since he was very young, of being on a world championship cheer team. After years of hard work, determination, perseverance, and life’s ups and downs, he was blessed enough to make his dream team this year! This was a huge achievement, and truly a dream come true, as it was his first time to tryout, and be on a competitive cheer team….so even more of a huge accomplishment. Not only did he make this team, but he also holds a title as a head captain for his high school cheer team where he is a 4 year varsity team member. This last year he made Nfinity All American and became an ambassador for the brand. This is comprised of not only skill, but community involvement, grades, and his many other achievements. Through a rigorous application process, interviews, and thousands upon thousands of applications he was ranked among the top 20 in the United States of cheerleaders. He is also a 4 time UCA All American, and a TGCA All-Star/All-State. All that being said, he is one of the hardest working individuals I know! He’s truly earned through, blood, sweat, and tears, every accomplishment HE has made. As if he wasn’t busy enough, he has amazing grades, and works a part time job. That being said, he will have to make several out of state and in state trips this year for competitions and such. Being a single mom, money is already tight, but I would give anything to see Jaxon be able to go on these trips, and possibly even join him on a few. He also has big plans for college, where he wants to go into nursing, and participate in college cheer, and will be trying out for some of the top teams in the U.S., also in hopes of scholarships. I am not one to ask for help, but with working a full time job, and all of our expenses for two cheer teams, and everyday life, I’m a little uncertain of where money for flights, hotels, and general travel expenses will come from. With my faith, and the willingness do whatever I need to do to see him participate, I have faith we will get there! He has worked very hard for all of this and is just an overall amazing human! Any help we could get would be MUCH appreciated, as I am seeing this kid already move mountains…..keep your eye out for him! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️!
