Hi everyone, My sister's puppy Chanel is a 6 month old energetic curious puppy just living it's best puppy life. The other day Noel came home from work and seen the dog walking around on 3 legs with the 4th one just dangling. She wouldn't put her leg down or put any pressure on it. She quickly took her to the vet to find out the dog broke her leg somehow while she was exploring the house. Her break is not a normal break where they can set and cast and her puppy be on her way to heal and live a normal life. Her x-rays show a complete femur fracture that has two options to fix Amputation or an $7,500 operation. Chanel is only 6 months old. It's my sister's first puppy and she is devastated that after only a couple months she would be hit with this burden of vet bills.
