Celebrating Jalyiah Graham’s calling home ️ 2 months ago


Hello my name is Tiana, I am the older sister of Jalyiah Graham, the daughter of Joseph Graham and Melissa Crawford. My sister has passed away very suddenly at the age of only 19. Jalyiah was suffering with a very rare form of Leukemia and nobody had any idea. So rare only 1 in a MILLION people get this. It cause her to have irreversible brain damage. Please help our family in anyway possible!
