Tragically on 7/6/23 at approximately 5pm the Garcia family lost the strongest Pilar in their life. Cay was heading home from working in palm springs CA when he suffered from a hyperglycemic coma and went head on into a semi truck. Cayetano was the main provider for not only his wife of 40 years but also his two 2 sons, daughter in law and 5 grandchildren ages 15, 7,6 ,1 & newborn. He was a hard working man who was with the same construction company for over 30 years, he was always willing to help others despite over coming many hardships of his own including complications from a stroke leaving the left side of his body paralyzed at one point. Despite all these things he would still get up and go to work everyday to provide for his family. This go fund me is to help cover funeral cost and to ease the financial burden that his family will be left with. Although no amount of money could be compared to such an amazing man this family shouldn’t have to worry about finances in a time like this. Any amount of support is appreciated no matter how big or small
