In November, I am partaking on a service trip to Cambodia to help support children and families who are still suffering the generational devastation from the Khmer Rouge. The Khmer Rouge were a radical group that murdered millions and left thousands of landmines in fields of Cambodia that still have the potential to harm. On this trip we have the opportunity to visit and support the Arrupe Centre and Lidy House. The Arrupe Centre is a project that cares for children and families with disabilities, many of which unfortunately are the result of landmine explosions. Lidy House aims to provide disadvantaged children with a home, an eduction and a nurturing environment to grow. All funds raised will go to Catholic Mission, which directly supports these initiatives. Your donation will enable the specialised care that significantly changes lives for the better. I would appreciate any contribution! If you are interested in any further information I have included the links below to these truly incredible organisations. Thank you for supporting me on this once and a lifetime trip! https://www.catholicmission.org.au/see-our-work-in-action/lidy-house https://www.catholicmission.org.au/arrupe-welcome-centre
