Hey everyone, my name is Andee and shown in the picture above is my best friend Buddy. I never thought I would be writing something like this but it just goes to show how fast your life can change… My Buddy, my sweet boy. On 7/30/2024 I noticed some swelling on the right side of Buddy’s neck and face so we made an appointment for him to get it checked out. The next day we went in for our appointment and my worst fear was confirmed. Buddy was diagnosed with Lymphoma, a type of cancer with a rapid onset that affects the external lymph nodes and immune system. Without treatment, he may only have a month. Although it’s incurable, chemotherapy could give him a year or more with hope he would go into remission. I don’t like asking for help. But this is my best friend and this news has devastated me and my family beyond belief. If you know me, you know Buddy is my world. He has been there by my side through everything and I’m going to be by his side through this. I am setting up this LFEBridge to help raise money for the cost of his chemotherapy treatments.
