Buddy is in need of help his back leg is broken 2 months ago

Hi my dog buddy is a loving dog who unfortunately got hit by a car who ran off and was left with a back right broken leg if anyone could help please! We don’t have the funds and assistance is very little. Insurance requires we pay out of pocket first. We love this dog so much if anyone could help pleaseee! Any advice and other support would be greatly appreciated as well. Prayers along with donations are the top of the list. Thank you so much everyone.
